No Benefits Administration
We manage all mandatory Colombian benefits end-to-end: EPS health insurance, pension contributions, ARL occupational risk insurance, severance (cesantías), service bonus (prima), paid time off, and all other required contributions. Plus voluntary retention perks where applicable.
What this means in practice: You don't handle enrollment, disputes, renewals, or compliance filings for any of these benefits. Your HR team is completely removed from the equation

No Workers' Compensation Exposure
Workers' compensation (ARL in Colombia) is entirely our responsibility. Any work-related injury or illness is covered under our policies. You have no reporting obligations, no premium payments, and no liability exposure of any kind./p>

No Local Entity Setup
You do not need to create a Colombian subsidiary, branch office, or legal entity of any kind. No Cámara de Comercio registration, no DIAN tax ID, no local payroll infrastructure, no legal counsel fees to navigate foreign corporate law.

No Compliance Exposure
We handle Colombian labor compliance end-to-end: employment contracts, required government filings, social security contributions, overtime rules, termination procedures, labor audits, and data protection requirements under Ley 1581.
